Instructions on withdrawal Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good, where you have ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Exclusion and Expiry Grounds: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for: - the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; - the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded; - the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence; - the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts. Cancellation policy



Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sabine Schwarz GbR, Marderwinkel 5, 23683 Scharbeutz, telephone number: 49 1575 20 500 99, email address: info@skaterbase.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.


To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.


Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment of a price should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.


Exclusion and Expiry Grounds: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a particular date or period for performance. The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, upon full performance of the service, if the consumer has expressly consented before the commencement of performance to the trader beginning to provide the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that their right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by the trader.
